Delivery & Shipping Policy
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Once an order is made, you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
We are more than happy to provide you with more instructions with regard order processing if you need us to. If you won’t be home and you would want us to leave your orders at your doorstep, let us know so we can make arrangements.
All deliveries are done between Mondays and Fridays. However, some deliveries may be done over the weekend depending on circumstances.
We provide tracking details for all orders delivered within Australia and will be sent to you via email. If your order has not arrived, please contact our customer service department or email us at email@example.com.
International deliveries are sent via Standard Airmail service, which also comes with shipping information. Tracking detail will be sent to you once it has been posted.
If you need us to make alternative shipping arrangements, we cannot guarantee tracking information and we will not be responsible for the delivery of orders outside of Australia.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. We really want to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery time will depend on location and the type of delivery service chosen prior to ordering (typically between 2 to 7 business days).
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to check if all items received are correct. If you have received the wrong item, DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you happened to receive a damaged item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery. Please do not dispose the product as we will require proof that it has been damaged (e.g. images e-mailed to us of the damaged item).
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
ORDERS SENT TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS
We offer free delivery (Australia-wide) for orders over $100. Orders under $100 will have a standard postage charge, which will be calculated at checkout.
ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
At this stage orders are not being sent outside of Australia.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Only items purchased on the Ozstrayan Skin website can be returned to ozstrayanskin.com.au for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a store, specialty retailer, or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering online, Ozstrayan Skin will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety. But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items or error of goods received other than ordered online, contact Ozstrayan Skin immediately to discuss replacement of goods.
